This is a publication package for the article ‘Daily prosocial actions during the COVID-19 pandemic contribute to giving behavior in adolescence’, containing study information, measures, computer code (SPSS syntax), and data files.
In this preregistered study (see our OSF page https://osf.io/h5x2a/), we examined the extent to which adolescents provided daily emotional support during the COVID-19 pandemic. 10-25-year-old high school and university students participated at three timepoints during the pandemic: May 2020 (N = 888), November 2020 (N = 494), and May 2021 (N = 373). Participants completed two weeks of online daily diaries at the first two timepoints, with an online follow-up session at the third timepoint.
For an overview of the study design and measures, see our OSF page https://osf.io/h5x2a/.
