Research Data Steward @ ERIM (Physical sciences; Economics; Education)

Liz is the Research Data Steward of the Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM), from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has a master's degree in astrophysics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and a Ph.D. in astrophysics from the University of Manchester. Before joining ERIM, she worked at Leiden Observatory in The Netherlands as a researcher and support manager of the largest array of telescopes in the world, the Atacama Large Millimeter Array (ALMA). She is an expert on data management, open data, and public engagement. She is the co-founder of Astronomy on Tap Leiden.
